he plant comprises of wax phase, water / glycol phase, manufacturing and storage vessels. The storage vessels are conical bottom type and others are hemispherical / cylindrical as the case may be. Wax phase vessels are jacketed, insulted and provided with a high speed stirrer. The manufacturing vessel is working under vaccum and stirring is done by a low speed anchor type contra rotary stirrer and a high-speed homogeniser. The processed wax and water / glycol is transferred to the manufacturing vessel by vacuum process and the final product is transferred from manufacturing vessel to the storage vessel by pump.
